My Approach
Life comes at you fast. We often don't have time to be intentional. What really matters to you? What's the work you feel called to do? You're a smart cookie, and yet you're not achieving what you want to. We'll explore boundaries, priorities, inner critics and anything else that's getting in the way of the life you want to have. Most importantly, we'll start making small//shifts that will allow you to slow down, focus in and have some fun along the way.

About me
I'm Jocelyne Nicolas, the Founder of small//shift coaching.

At 34, I realized the life I was living wasn't the right one for me. I started again, right from scratch, and have discovered so many beautiful things along the way. I knew I was meant for more, and I found it all on the other side of a big, brave change, and a series of small shifts along the way.
I'm now an executive, a communicator, and a coach. I love deeply, laugh often, I lead with my heart and my humour. Good conversations and long naps give me life.
